Keto Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce



This Keto-friendly grilled steak with chimichurri sauce is a perfect Father's Day meal for dads who love flavorful, low-carb dishes. The juicy steak pairs perfectly with the tangy and herby chimichurri sauce, making it a satisfying and memorable meal for any celebration.

Ingredients:

  • 4 steaks such as ribeye or sirloin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Season steaks with salt and pepper

In a small bowl, mix garlic, parsley, oregano, red wine vinegar, and olive oil to make the chimichurri sauce

Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare
