Ingredients:
- 4 Wagyu beef burger patties
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 8 slices of Gruyere cheese
- 8 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 cup of sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
On both sides, sprinkle the burger patties with salt and pepper and brush them with olive oil
For medium-rare, grill the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side
You can cook them longer if you want to
Toast the brioche buns on the grill until they are lightly browned while the patties are cooking
Add ketchup, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise to a small bowl
Mix them together to make a sauce
On each patty, put a slice of Gruyere cheese and let it melt when they are almost done
The patties should be taken off the grill
To put the burgers together, spread sauce on the bottom half of each bun, then add a burger patty with melted cheese, two crispy bacon slices, and a lot of pickles that have been sliced
Put the other half of the bun on top
Warm it up and serve it with your favorite sides
